Blooming Portraits photography studio is located in Oakdale MN and serves the areas of Woodbury, Maplewood, North St Paul, Stillwater, St. Paul, Cottage Grove, Mahtomedi, and other east metro areas in the Twin Cities. 

Nothing is more timeless than neutral newborn portrait sessions! Not only does the focus shift completely to baby rather than props and colors, but the images will never go out of style or feel dated. I think neutral sessions are my favorite to capture because I can really concentrate on documenting the newborn baby in all their sweet baby-ness. My favorite shots to grab are the details... teeny toes, rosy ears, pursed lips and curled fingers. I can also play with different lighting to give different looks to the images. In my opinion, neutral is the way to go... you can always add hints of soft color, too. Check out some of these neutral newborn images!
